unfortunately, I have not had a great experience with this company. I was put under pressure from the sales rep and promised that the contract wouldnt renew automatically. Well, that was a lie and I have written numerous mails to the effect of canceling my contract and they have all been ignored. One letter was responed to with the email address of the rep who would cancel it, and after that, zero answers to any of the following mails I sent. Not one. I am so angry and feel totally invisable and ignored. I would highly advise NOT allowing any of their sales reps pressure you because once you sign, you will be stuck! AVOID

In my opinion, I absolutely do not recommend them. Up until the signing, everyone was friendly, helpful, and always available. As soon as the contract was signed, that changed drastically. Since then, it's extremely difficult to get anyone on the phone, they never return calls, and the previously promised service is practically nonexistent. You get the feeling that their only goal is to close the deal and collect the commission. After that, their interest in the customer seems to plummet. I don't feel like I'm being taken seriously as a customer and am very disappointed with the entire service. I personally would never sign a contract with them again and, based on my experience, cannot recommend working with them. The boss's wig is still very nice, though.

I recently had a consultation with Mr. Bzir Djahadmal and was very satisfied with the advice I received. He is a truly friendly and competent employee who took plenty of time to explain everything clearly and to help me. It's evident that he genuinely cares about his customers' needs. I would definitely recommend Mr. Djahadmal and thank him for his excellent support.
