unfortunately, I have not had a great experience with this company. I was put under pressure from the sales rep and promised that the contract wouldnt renew automatically. Well, that was a lie and I have written numerous mails to the effect of canceling my contract and they have all been ignored. One letter was responed to with the email address of the rep who would cancel it, and after that, zero answers to any of the following mails I sent. Not one. I am so angry and feel totally invisable and ignored. I would highly advise NOT allowing any of their sales reps pressure you because once you sign, you will be stuck! AVOID
