Selffix DIY Parkway Parade

I visited Selfix Parkway today to get paints and was served by a senior gentleman whose service was top-notch. His maturity and wealth of knowledge were immediately apparent, he was incredibly patient with my questions and made the entire process seamless. It’s refreshing to be assisted by someone so experienced and professional. Highly recommended!

I would like to commend the excellent customer service provided at SelfFix DIY, Parkway Parade. On two occasions, I was assisted by a senior, matured staff member who was extremely patient and took the time to listen carefully to the issues I was trying to fix at home. He has extensive knowledge and offered professional advice along with very helpful tips. I visited the store again today, having been there just last week, specifically because I knew I could approach him for reliable guidance. SelfFix DIY has become a store I truly trust, and I will definitely return again and again for my home repair needs. The wonderful customer service I received really makes a big difference!

Excellent service from a senior staff. Didnt get his name. From reading the reviews I believe he is Mr Lim who attended to me today. From past experiences, theres nothing that he cldnt help you with. Just tell him n he can advise you. Ge knows all the products well n can offer good n practical suggestions. There's also another good staff. ..a malay lady wearing a tudung. These r staff u should retain in the shop for their good work attitude and customer service. I always walk out of the shop happy and satisfied with the things i bought n the service i received.
