They were patient, explained everything clearly, and helped me understand the real benefits of going with a custom design instead of a basic template. Worst service. They take money from you but don’t provide the login and password. God knows what will happen to the server—if they can cheat like this, they might even compromise our data. They stop responding to calls and fail to provide proper support once they receive payment. The company/owner has responded below which is incorrect. I have all the proof with me on the amount paid on time and it is upto customer to take certain certification. It is responsibility of the service provider to create website and provide the user name and password to customer. When I do not want to continue with this service provider it is the decision of the customer which need to be respected.

This is the first time ever I am changing my review for any company or place. The worst ever website developer company in Bangalore. In the first year, they will show you full enthusiasm but when it comes to a renewal, they don't bother. They primarily focus on acquiring new clients and show little interest in continuing relationships with existing clients. Zero support , zero professionalism. I wouldn't refer them to anyone, especially the start-ups. I have attached one screenshot where it is showing my domain is available for purchasing: however, I paid them for a year and it's supposed to be continued till the end of September 2025. And, I have no idea or intimation of this same thing. So, shall I call them professionals?
