My experience. From the start, the service was spectacular when it came to selling me the premium product, which is the one I subscribed to. The salesperson was excellent, with a very well-prepared script. I left the other company that had been with me for almost 5 years, and it pained them when I told them—that's how convinced I was. They resolve everything. There were problems with the migration from the other company, which they do for €250 + VAT, separate from what you subscribed to, of course. They get paid before doing anything; that is, they sign you up, and the next day you get the invoice. In my case, it was €900 and change + VAT. Well, no problem, I pay. Time passes, and they tell you they have to create a new Ads account because they can't do anything else, so I agree. The first month yields no results, neither SEO nor Ads. The second month also yields no results. Halfway through the second month, Google hacks them, and I'm affected. They have no protection against this kind of thing. And from then on, everything went downhill. I didn't receive a single call for weeks, not a single request. In the third month, I decided to leave, but they tried to convince me to stay by saying they wouldn't bill me. I told them no, it wasn't because I didn't want to pay, but because I needed traffic. I asked for a complaint form and monthly reports, of which they only sent me one. I asked for them a second time, and they still wouldn't give me the complaint form, but they did send me two SEM and SEO reports, which they sent me without statistics, metrics, or anything—just a simple edited file. Between that report and nothing, it's practically the same thing. I went back to my previous company, and magically, requests and calls started coming in. In two days, I received more than 15 calls and 8 requests between the website and ads. During these hacks, they tried to charge me a lot of money. A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE BECAUSE YOU TALK TO 6 DIFFERENT PEOPLE WHO PASS THE BALL TO EACH OTHER.
