I am so happy to have found this company. They are responsive, professional and reasonably priced. I had a leak in my toilet which went unnoticed so I also needed a new floor. They helped me find the floor guy who was also awesome. SDH took out the old toilet and disconnected the sink, and then put in new toilet once the new floor had been done.

We’ve now had two great experiences with SDH and would absolutely recommend them. Coree was friendly and efficient from the beginning. She made scheduling easy and got us on the calendar quickly. Chris worked on my son’s steam heating system, and the difference is incredible. It went from being very noisy to whisper quiet. We originally thought there might be a boiler leak, but he figured out it was actually an issue with the return line. He was knowledgeable, quick, and took the time to explain everything clearly. DJ also came out recently to fix water pressure issues at my son’s duplex, where both units could only use one fixture at a time. He fixed the problem quickly and was just as helpful in explaining what was going on. Both experiences were excellent. It’s such a relief to work with people who are skilled, professional, and genuinely helpful.

Excellent service from start to finish. The office staff answered the phone promptly to schedule an appointment, and on the day of the appointment called to offer me an earlier spot when they had a last minute cancellation. The plumber was knowledgeable, efficient, and quickly identified and fixed the problem with our leaky garbage disposal. Very reasonable price. Would absolutely hire them again.

Bailey did an amazing job setting up my new combi unit, as the previous boiler was frequently shutting off due to overheating issues. The whole installation took three days and I am extremely happy with the work he has done. He re piped everything and even silenced some banging pipes that have been a minor issue for years. Will be happy to work with SDH again, thank you.
