They are excellent professionals, very efficient and effective. David and Juan assisted me, and both offered friendly, professional, and highly efficient service. They quickly answered all my questions and were involved throughout the entire process. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I do not recommend this agency. I applied for the Digital Kit with them over six months ago, and unless you constantly ask, they provide no information. I've had to manage the follow-up myself by calling Acelera Pyme. The grant was denied, and they can't even tell me why, even though they should have been notified. Very poor management and a lack of responsibility.

We hired them to build a new website from scratch. The website is only half-finished. They're taking forever. We've told them a thousand times, and they've been very nice, but they do nothing. Very bad service.
