We started working with Upward after receiving an email from Hunter in January of this year — the timing was perfect. We set-up a meeting, I chose to trust them, and we made a deal. Everything after, was an absolute breeze. From start to finish, the process was seamless and with minimum work and input from our side. They showcased inspiration, we picked what we liked, and they took the bull by the horns. Less than two months later, they came back to us with our website developed, just like we dreamed it. They did revision rounds as a team and continued tweaking and improving the website, along with optimizing it for all devices — desktop, tablet, and mobile. Upward Web Design helped me redesign my father's roofing website which hadn’t been changed since 2009. Hunter and his team were very professional, timely, excellent communicators and overall easy to work with. They took our vision and wireframes and built out our custom website within a week–it was exactly what we wanted out of the gate (with very very iterations after that, mostly changes we made on our end, nothing due to their lack of design skills). They were extremely thorough and paid attention to all the details. I'm a visual designer with very high standards, so I know what good looks like and they are good.
