I got web design and visiting card design done from Saras webtech. The person who gave me their reference is a solid person, so I was pretty confident that the work would be good. Their rates are very good compared to the market. Their work is decent. I was expecting more attention to detail and better execution. My biggest problem was their method of working. Other designers that I have worked with in the past were more accommodating and were willing to adapt their work flow/process to my needs. Saras webtech were not. They were quite pointed and outspoken, and almost rude in their addressing of my way of interaction with them during the back and forth required for the designs to be finalized. Also, in the case of web design they did not clarify the pricing properly and the price kept going up as the process went on (although still below the market competition). this might have been because they did not properly check what exactly was wrong with my web sites code before they gave me a quote. Ultimately, They managed to deliver what they promised, and below the market rate. But the experience of working with them was not the most pleasant one. I wish them the best for the future and might consider working with them again if they decide to address the issues I ve pointed out above.
