I had a very disappointing experience with Santa Clarita Website Designs. Communication was extremely poor throughout the entire process. There were long periods where I received no updates, and I often had to follow up multiple times just to get basic information on my project. What was most frustrating is how long everything took. Simple website projects that should have been completed in a reasonable timeframe ended up dragging on for nearly two months with little progress or clarity. On top of that, I felt like they were trying to upsell or charge for services that weren’t necessary for my project. Instead of focusing on what I actually needed, it seemed more about adding extra costs. Overall, the lack of professionalism, delays, and questionable billing practices made this a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend their services.
