Since you asked for my own experience, I will write about it. I conveyed my requirements and received a proposal a month later. I visited all of them, but despite having conveyed important requirements, the proposal completely ignored them. (The requirement was that there were no other real estate agents nearby.) I called angrily, but the person in charge wasn't there, and the next day I received a LINE message saying that it would be difficult for both of us to work together amicably, so I should look elsewhere. When I called again, they said they were aware of my requirements and that it was the company's decision. I was a mix of emotions: I wish they had told me if there were no properties that met my requirements, and I was angry at myself for having had such expectations. I don't usually like to write about things like this, but I hope this will be of some help to anyone who reads it.
