The food here is nice and authentic and the portion is generous enough. Must try the fried eggplant with minced chicken, basil chicken, papaya salad, mango salad and get a red ruby for dessert before you go. The staffs are friendly and nice. Been here few times and sure will come back in the future. Compliment to the chefs and staffs. Thank you~
The restaurant is clean and aesthetically pleasing, offering affordable dishes. However, the food does not feel authentic to Thai cuisine. The seafood Pad Thai was quite disappointing — it was too wet and lacked wok hei and flavour. The Thai basil chicken rice was similarly underwhelming. Overall, the dishes reminded me of hospital food. The only positive point was the fast service compared to other branch, which is why I’m still giving it 2 stars.
Food is always consistently delicious, courteous and friendly staffs. Went to Sanook CCK to celebrate my grandmother’s birthday. They allowed us to bring our own halal cake and even provided us with paper plates and spoon. Excellent service! Thank you!
Free popcorn! The taste is average, but the ingredients are fresh. Price is reasonable though I probably will try other food instead next time. Excellent service as well. Definitely worth a try. Maybe I order the wrong food cos the place is packed on a weekday dinner time.
On 2 March 2026 at about 7.06pm, I visited Sanook Restaurant at Lot One Mall for my breakfast dinner with my family. Upon arrival, I was served by a lady staff who seated us at a corner table. After ordering meals for four persons, I realised that the dishes were quite a lot and the table felt too small for us to dine comfortably. I politely requested to move to a bigger table, but my request was rejected as I was told that the larger table was reserved for six persons. Later, when our food was served by a staff member named Jay, I explained again that we needed a bigger table due to the number of dishes. After checking, Jay kindly allowed us to change seats. He was polite, friendly, and efficient, which made our dining experience much more pleasant and comfortable. Jay also helped to lower the fan when my daughter mentioned that it was too cold due to the rainy weather. His attentive service truly made us feel welcomed. Sanook should have more staff like Jay!
