⭐ Worst Experience – No Accountability, No Apology, Complete Waste of Money I had a very bad experience with this agency. I kept calling and following up continuously, but the team was largely unresponsive and careless in communication. They ran my ads incorrectly and targeted the wrong audience, which clearly reflects the poor competence of their creative and execution team. For almost 15 days, I was completely in the dark, with no proper updates or explanations. When I finally reviewed the ads myself, I was shocked by how unprofessionally everything had been set up. What disappointed me the most is that even after clearly identified mistakes made by their creative and ads team, they never apologized. There was no acceptance of responsibility, no corrective action, and no concern for the losses I suffered. This shows a serious lack of ethics and professionalism. Because of their wrong strategy, negligence, and zero accountability, I incurred a loss of ₹40,000, including: • Ad spend • Agency fees • Valuable time wasted • Customers lost • Business and future growth opportunities lost If someone wants to burn their money, they can go with this agency. Otherwise, choose wisely—there are many other agencies far more professional, responsive, and capable than this one. I strongly do not recommend this agency to any serious business owner. The owner claims they don't know me. I have the records to prove I was your client.
