Jacob came by to service our GENERAC Home Generator. Jacob was awesome. Jacob was very respectful, knowledgeable,on time and took the time to show my husband step by step what he was doing. He serviced our GENERAC which was a blessing because we have to make sure it is working at all times. My mother in law depends on that. Jacob is our guy if we ever need the service again. We give him a 10 star rating..
We had a phenomenal experience with Same Day Electric. Under very unusual and heart wrenching circumstances we needed the quickest possible service. They switched their entire schedule around to make it happen quickly, efficiently and kindly. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future for all of my electrical needs.
Our technician was very knowledgeable about safety regulations and did his work very diligently with explanations to us on what he was doing and why. He did his work quickly and efficiently. I will call him again if we have any electrical needs. We moved our hot tub from the back patio to our garage. New outlets had to be installed And several outlets and lights nearby had to be cut off and plugged as no electrical outlets can be within a certain distance of a hot tub which we didn't know.
Original ticket was submitted to switch from battery ring doorbell to a new Ring wired video doorbell pro. Transformer was found to be bad, electrician replaced with new. However did not hook up new wired video doorbell pro camera. Have no doorbell. Paid $1,300+ to replace a faulty transformer and replace a light switch. Original problem was not solved. Technician is going to charge to come to house again. NOPE. Will not be dealing with Same Day Electric ever again.
The technician was great. We had them install a new outlet in our garage with 4 plugs right next to the breaker panel. I think the price of $1100.00 was too high, we were thinking $700 at the most.
