I run a housing company in Shizuoka Prefecture. I visited SAMATA Co., Ltd.'s model home to learn about their efficient floor plans, traffic flow planning, and stylish design. I'd seen them on YouTube, so it didn't feel like the first time I met them, lol. I learned a lot from seeing and listening to President Samata's detailed drawings, insulation performance, and natural "coral plaster" wall design. Not only did I learn about their approach to homebuilding, but I also learned a lot from their customer-first meetings and financial planning, all of which are things we would like to incorporate into our own company. I asked them to replace the bathroom doorknob, wallpaper the bedroom, and change the lighting to LED. Since these were small jobs in my apartment that I would have to pay for out of pocket, I was unsure who to ask, but when I spoke to Samata, a local resident, they were happy to take on the job. They came to check the site right away, the price was reasonable, and the work went smoothly. They were all a great help.

We had our new house built by Samata! We were originally planning to build with a house builder, but we weren't satisfied because we had a lot of specific requests, so we were introduced to Samata and asked them to help us! We had floor plans drawn up by many companies, but this was the first time that a floor plan was completed with side-by-side parking instead of tandem parking! Also, they listened carefully to our specific requests regarding the stairs and custom-made features, and we were able to build a house that we are completely happy with. We had SAMATA build our house in July. The president and employees were all incredibly kind, which made the home-building process very stress-free. Also, it's been a few months since we moved in, and thanks to the coral plaster walls we had installed, we don't notice any smells (like after a barbecue) at all, and it's very comfortable! I was introduced to SAMATA by an acquaintance, and after looking at their catalog and website, I was impressed by their cool home design. It was my first time building a house, so I didn't want to make any mistakes and I was a bit anxious, but I explained my expectations for our home from the beginning, and they quickly created a blueprint. We then gradually made changes to the blueprint. I was hoping for a single-story house, so I was an amateur. But with the expert advice and experience of the company's president and staff, we were able to complete our home after about a year of meetings. The interior is well-insulated, making it warm in the winter and cool in the summer, making it a very livable environment. We also received advice on arranging the bathroom, washing machine, and closet, and we were able to create a design that was easy to use. Because it was a custom-built home, the design is unique in the neighborhood, and we were able to decide the size of the rooms, entrance, and storage space, as well as the wallpaper in each room, to our liking. Our one-of-a-kind home has made me look forward to coming home and very satisfied. After it was completed, I felt very glad that I chose a custom-built home. I'm truly grateful to SAMATA.
