The owner is extremely rude, unprofessional, and more focused on getting new clients than delivering quality work. From day one, he boasted about being the best in the market and criticized others for using templates — yet his own team delivered the same copied content and template-based designs with zero creativity. Despite giving them a second chance after a poor first experience, nothing improved. They ignored feedback, reused content (mostly AI-generated junk), and paid no attention to design basics like alignment or fonts. Even after providing full content from my end, they insisted on using their own — which turned out to be a mess They just want to finish projects quickly using a standard format, without listening to client needs. I regret trusting them and do not recommend Sam Softech to anyone who values professionalism and original work.

I had a very disappointing experience with Sam Softech team and his owner MadhuRanjan. The owner is extremely rude, unprofessional, and obsessed with himself. He only cares about getting more clients, not about doing quality work or understanding what the client actually need and their requirements. day 1 of he mentioned we are the best in the market and rest other agencies are doing only copy paste and using templates but there work says it all. And the owner tone sounds like he had so much attitude of being the best which is not true at all. I gave them two chances, even after the first bad experience, because they requested that they would improve and work better. But nothing changed. They kept pasting the same content and same template design again and again, without any creativity or effort. Every time I shared my feedback, they ignored it or made excuses. Have given them full content from my end but he mentioned they will use their own content and they made a website full of rubbish content copied from ChatGPT. No alignment, no font style nothing and when you complained about his team he says mai dekhta hoon mai karwata hoon. When I complained, the owner even said things like “chhota sa aapka company hai, aur kitna hi aap invest rahi hai” — which was extremely insulting and uncalled for. They just want to wrap up the project quickly using their own standard format, without listening to the client. I deeply regret trusting them, and I do not recommend Sam Softech to anyone who is serious about building a professional and original website. Have added his chat commitment where he committed for better work but today he started behaving like he is doing some favor on me and behaving like they did great work and I am asking for too much changes and not accepting what he made.
