I recently joined a 5-day trip to Turkmenistan with Saada Travel and I am very satisfied with the overall experience. I recently went on a 5 day tour with Saada Travel with my wife and we were absolutely amazed by their service and expertise. Our guide Eziz was excellent and truly helped us gain a full overview of Turkmenistan and the highlights. Our drivers were also super friendly and provided a comfortable journey. We spent a night in the desert by the Derweze Crater in a yurt and had a BBQ with Eziz and our driver who both helped make this experience magical. The help Saada provided to get our Loi before our trip was great and they also helped answer any small questions we had very quickly. We would highly recommend Saada to anyone thinking of visiting Turkmenistan! :D

There were some unexpected complications which meant I caused a lot of hassle and cost for Saada Travel. Usually you see a company's true colours when things go wrong, but instead of getting frustrated, Garly was incredibly kind, understanding, and courteous. ​They offered pragmatic and fair solutions that prioritised the experience of the travelers and showed they truly care about their clients and reputation. Thank you so much for your patience and sorry again for the problems I caused. I look forward to finally coming to Turkmenistan in the future.
