Install aircon: 20 April 1st time turn on aircon: 18 May (not cold) 1st fix aircon: 19 May Turn on aircon 1st time: 23 May (ok) Turn on aircon 2nd time: 29 May (not cold) Did a system 1 with this company as their price is good. Previously did system 2 with another company (totally no issues, aircon working well!) should have done with my previous aircon installation, but chose to try this company out but total regret! Sz aircon is just frustrating. Never believe this kind of thing will happen and they already fixed it once!!! Didn’t they check carefully during the first fix??? How many times must they come and fix to fully resolve this issue? Every time I turn on aircon got problem need ask them fix? What kind of aircon is this?! Had contacted them to fix SECOND TIME. This will also be the FINAL time. PLEASE TAKE IT SERIOUSLY AND RESOLVE IT. Will update here again after 2nd fix.

Non responsive when order from e-commence platform. Gave ppl an impression not willing to do your business. Aircon installation caused chipped of several edges of my false ceiling and wall paint. When completiion of installtion, luckily went to check and found outdoor unit simply placed on aircon ledge. No fastener anchor to floor. I pointed out this to the tech and they reluctantly do it but they placed the unit so far in and outwards towards railing compare to the old unit that now I hv lesser space to dry clothes and the unit exoose to sunlight. Indoor unit was off centre. No discussion with owner unlike my previous installtion of other 5 units with other conpany.The 3 tech seems to be in a hurry offload the outdoor unit over my yard window that damage the sliding rail. I have to asked them about the warranty. For a week I still have not received my warranty. Very disappointing.

Enquired about installation of 1 unit aircon with WhatsApp with S Z Aircon Pte Ltd. on 02/05/2025 & work done on 06/05/2025. Staff r super friendly & clearly answered all enquiries. Staffs who installed my aircon did a good job within an hr & even clean d Rm area b4 leaving, also very helpful & friendly helps to submitted d Warranty which i not sure how to fill it online myself. Will recommend my family & friends who need their Services 😊👍🏻
