After speaking with several builders, we ultimately decided to go with Esken. We wanted a floor plan that allowed us to see the Japanese-style room and living room from the kitchen, and we wanted the bathroom and kitchen to be all together, so we shared our various requests. It was difficult to come up with a floor plan on a long, narrow lot, but after several meetings, we were able to come up with a great plan! With a home builder, the number of meetings is set, so I would recommend them to people who want to have thorough meetings to decide on the floor plan! They also explained the disadvantages as well as the advantages, so I think we ended up with a better house. The president is friendly and easy to talk to, so I would like to consult with them again if I need anything. About two years later, we added additional shelves to the laundry room, and since they were a construction company and former carpenters, the work was done quickly. My dream home was completed in January 2024. I work in the construction industry, and I visited the construction site many times during the building process to observe the actual work. I felt that Esken had some really great craftsmen. From the perspective of someone in the same industry, I was also surprised at how clean and organized the construction site always was.
