One star. Initially, everything seemed very professional and convincingly presented. However, as the collaboration progressed, more and more additional costs arose, and in my opinion, I became heavily dependent on the agency for technical reasons. When I wanted to terminate the collaboration, services were discontinued before the domain transfer was complete. As a result, my website and emails were temporarily inaccessible. I only received the necessary authorization code after several days, numerous phone calls, and another payment. My advice: Always check your domains, hosting, and all access data yourself and don't become dependent on them.
