A company that is 100% committed to ensuring its clients receive the best possible product/result. They process orders quickly, understand them clearly, offer sound advice and suggestions, and always explain legal aspects (I ordered an outdoor sign, and it needs to be manufactured in compliance with laws and architectural regulations). They handle all the necessary approvals with municipal authorities. They minimize unnecessary work for the client. The Vilena team deserves special praise. They're a close-knit, friendly, and welcoming family—I'd say it like that. When you work with them, you're enveloped in an atmosphere of comfort, care, and goodwill. I've been unable to confirm the dimensions for three days now. They say call me, I call, and then they call, but they don't. I only communicate via email with some Elena. She doesn't even read my emails. She says they'll come and check everything themselves. "Yeah, right, everyone, even from 200 km away." They can't find out or clarify anything, they don't want to talk. They have a rude, insolent, and disgusting attitude towards customers, even those who have contacted them before. The company's stance is: if you don't like it, go wherever you want. They're just jacking up the price (by the way, their printing is really crap and even more expensive. The order was quickly and easily done, cheaper, and much better at a nearby company). I strongly do not recommend these scammers. Don't waste your time, money, or energy on this complete crap company!

I run an advertising agency with a small production facility. They recommended this company as a subcontractor, supposedly for good wide-format printing and signage. After three months of work: - the quality isn't much better than average, and sometimes there are some downright flaws; - the prices are above average; - the attitude of the staff and management towards clients is terrible (they do their work as a favor); - they're extremely slow and uninformed, and it's impossible to complete anything urgent.
