Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

****Updating this post. These are facts and want to make those that choose Roto Rooter beware. After my service I realized one of the supply lines were installed differently than before and it was installed over my supply line for extension for the faucet(which has a heavy weight on it) Everyone we try to use the faucet extension it hits and drags agaisnt the supply line over it. This will eventually cause damage or a leak time after time. I asked Roto Rooter to come fix it. There customer support and dispatch was totally different from when I called the first time. They did not care and even told the tech I had a leak when I specific told two people the situation. Luke my previous plumber comes out and says they said leak, I said no. I explained the issue and he said he would have to charge to fix it. I asked to speak to the general manager, he left spoke to him and said the general manager told him he would have to charge for it. I asked to speak to the general manager and while he stood in front of me his general manager said I will call you back. He never did and Luke eventually left. Poor service, poor follow through, a company that does not listen to the client, and a service that is Johnny on the spot when it is new business but is so big that it doesn't care about making previous customers totally satisfied even after charging an enormous amount to put a faucet in. Stay away, stay clear. Give a local plumber your business. Thank you Luke was great. Very informative and service oriented. While I believe the labor and parts were very overpriced. I paid for convenience of getting it done quick. If you want good service and it completed quick go with Roto Rooter but be mindful that it is expensive. For example to put in a kitchen faucet that I already had Roto charged over $500 for labor.

Stevon did a great job on clearing a deep main drain clog. Very professional and great customer service.

Joshua was great very personable, professional and friendly. When inspector wanted drainage pipe to different area he came right back out and took care of it. Very happy with the work he did

We had a backup with our washing machine and kitchen sink line today. this was the second backup in 3 months. Roto Rooter sent someone out immediately and fixed the situation. We were still under warranty from the first repair and didn't have to pay anything. Stevon was friendly and awesome and easy to work with. I've always appreciated the service they provide and will happily use them again.

Your representative was very professional. Very nice person but your prices are way over top. Appreciate y'all coming out and give me the quote bye.
