Choose rotorooter if you want an ugly outdoor pond in front of your house. Excavation was scheduled quickly, but I have been calling with no response since February about an improperly mounded hole in front of my house post-excavation. The pipe is a tripping hazard and sticking out a foot above the ground. Left a poop covered auger in my driveway for a month before picking it up, but still no backfill of gravel on the hole. Maybe with this review someone will finally return my call and fix this issue

Ronald came out in a timely fashion, was calm and professional. Explained what was going on and got right to work. He explained what he found while snaking the main sewer line and was efficient and thorough. He was able to clear the blockage and get water flowing. He was a pleasure to work with and a true professional.
I thought I could easily replace a bathroom faucet. Until I started working on it. It turns out there were three different metals between the faucet and the pipes in the walls that had fused together. Thanks to Ron’s visit on a Saturday afternoon, I was able to finish and get a working faucet! He was able to open the wall and replace the multi metal mess with copper, and left me with the shut offs and a beautiful jumping off point to finish the day long project. While he was here, Rob was super helpful in not only making the repair, but he talked me through what was in the wall, what he was doing and even dropped a few plumbing tips during his visit to inspire me to be able to take on more projects. Knowing Roto Rooter is there for me if something goes sideways!
Ron was professional and friendly. Very knowledgeable man and did not seem to mind all my questions. He was even nice and understandable about my dog barking so much at a new person, and my cat wanting to watch him work lol. Good dude and a good company.
