We found the restaurant on Tripadvisor and then had dinner at Rosso Vino twice in a row. The food was excellent and the hospitality fabulous. We would particularly like to mention KIRU. He was so kind and funny to our grandson Matteo. So a big thank you to KIRU. We can highly recommend Rosso Vino and when we come back to Singapore, we know where we have to eat again. The outlet sits near a corner which is a good location. The environment is good for family dining. The staff are friendly. However, the food served to us lack of due attention. The appetizer was not served until I asked upon the serving of our main dishes. I do understand probably the rental of the property is high, I don't expect the price is cheap. But the ingredients does not live up to its expectation given the price. I can accept the kids penne and aglio olio because there is much to expect. The cherry tomatoes at side no where to be seen. The pizza contadina is too plain. I mean, it doesn't hurt to add little bit more bacon. Taste wise, there isn't much to mention about. It certainly does not worth every penny spent for the meal (total $103.11, including service charge & GST). The restaurant owner really need to reflect on this feedback.
A wonderful spot for Italian food in Robertson Quay! Had such a lovely experience at Rosso Vino. The location by the river is beautiful and the ambience is warm, cosy and perfect whether you dine indoors or choose the al-fresco seating outside. We tried their Christmas festive menu and really enjoyed the dishes — everything felt thoughtfully curated and authentically Italian. Their regular à la carte options also look great, so definitely planning to return for that too. Most importantly, the hospitality here is amazing. The staff are friendly, attentive, and make you feel genuinely welcomed from the moment you enter. Overall, a great place to enjoy good food, a nice atmosphere, and wonderful service. Highly recommended!
I’ve been here multiple times and I have always enjoyed myself. The service is excellent as is the food. Amy was attentive and Kiru was exceptional! He really does have a way with the customers in the sense that he is extremely amiable and personable. :)
Had a great time with my friends over a delicious meal. Thank you, Kiru for a friendly service! It was raining, so we had to move to a lobby, but the ambience was nice cuz it was breezy. Will definitely come back!
