**BEWARE!! RED FLAG ALERT!! I’m in the process of building a marketing agency and was hoping to partner with a reliable white-label design team. Rock Star looked promising based on their website and portfolio, but my experience turned into one red flag after another. After scheduling a demo, I received multiple incorrect meeting links and conflicting communication from different reps. Despite confirming a new meeting time, no link ever arrived—and yet I received automated emails claiming a meeting had happened, with “recordings” from an appointment I never attended. This was my first major concern. When I finally reached someone by phone, the demo itself felt unprofessional and unprepared. There were no slides, no visual presentation, no overview of services, and no pricing breakdown—nothing you’d expect from a company selling white-label design. Instead, the conversation focused on basic explanations about why businesses need websites, which wasn’t relevant to what I needed as a potential partner. I asked repeatedly for details about their services and pricing, but was told their presentation “wasn’t ready” and that everything would be emailed. As of today, I still haven’t received anything. I also attempted to call their main number and use their website chat to get answers, but no one responded. The lack of organization, the inability to keep scheduled appointments, and the absence of basic sales materials are major red flags. If a company struggles this much just to onboard a new client, it raises serious concerns about how they would handle actual client projects. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution other agency owners to proceed carefully. The company does not appear to operate with the professionalism or structure they present on their website.
