I had a disappointing experience with HR Ashwath Prabhu during the screening call. The communication was argumentative and unprofessional. He told me to “give answers briefly” in a rude manner, while he himself was asking questions in a very short and low tone, which made the interaction uncomfortable. A more respectful and professional approach towards candidates would be appreciated.

I received an offer from Robosoft and joined in February 2012. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I was assigned to iPhone app development without any proper training or onboarding. As a fresher to iOS development at that time, I tried my best to learn and deliver, but the lack of guidance made things very difficult. My assigned mentor was not very supportive, and I struggled to get the help needed to improve and complete tasks effectively. The most disappointing part was that I was suddenly asked to leave without any prior notice or opportunity to improve. There was no transition time provided, and I was also not given any stipend during my short tenure. I believe freshers deserve proper training, mentorship, and fair communication. Unfortunately, my experience here lacked these basic expectations.
