This mall is clean and good and here in ormoc is much more nicer than maasin city that referring to salty city and there is so much poor than you think there without malls or even beautiful places unlike here in ormoc feels different and nicer and more modernized and advanced city in Leyte compared to baybay and maasin
My mum and I were trying to buy a pair of black shoes (Preview brand). And asked where the pair of the one my mum likes. The lady said she will get it in their stock room. We waited roughly 10-15 MINUTES. 10-15 MINUTES to find a single shoe? When I followed up with a guy, he said the stock room is quite far so we waited again. Painstakingly waiting still the lady didn’t arrive so we went to the cashier and asked to pay for the rest of the items my mum wants to buy. I then asked the cashier if it’s normal to wait so long for a stock to be pulled out from their storage? Cashier said she didn’t know. We paid and then the lady came back with the pair of shoes along with other stuff that recent customers asked for. Disgusted that she didn’t even apologized. We ended up not buying the shoes. When I took another glance at the lady she was talking to the guy I asked earlier and the lady was rolling her eyes and raising her eye brows talking nasty about me being impatient. I stared at her and she just stared back at me with her rude face. The few times I have visited this place was alright but today’s the worst! Train your staff customer service etiquettes.
On February 28, 2026, at around 4:15 PM, at Cashier No. 13 Robinsons supermarket, the cashier refused to let me pay for two sanitary napkins even after I explained that I was having my period. She said she wanted to have her snacks first. I hope that customers, especially those with urgent and important needs, will be given consideration and allowed to pay promptly in situations like this.

It's exactly what Robinsons in Metro Manila look like. However, it has the local tastes like Ikea Cakes & Snacks, Mayong's, among others, which makes it very unique and special.
