A Mixed Bag with Stunning View. The location is simply unparalleled. Perched atop a mountain in Rize, the view of the sea and mountains is incredibly captivating. The restaurant offers a traditional Turkish breakfast. It's an okay choice for those who enjoy typical Turkish dishes. Cons: The food quality is decent but not outstanding. It could use some improvement to really make the breakfast experience shine. Cleanliness is an issue, particularly with regard to the restrooms. In a nutshell, Yeni Bahar Restoran is an okay spot for a standard Turkish breakfast with a view. A bit of sprucing up and a touch-up on the food quality could really elevate this place. It's perfect for those who value scenery over culinary excellence, but if you're looking for both, you might want to keep exploring.

Peace full One time visit for me as I belong to mountain but very peaceful

Excellent open buffet menu. The numerous choices offered. You have try them all even if it’s just a little bit. The quality of the service and Rize hospitality is well shown. The restaurant is extremely clean. The view is extraordinary. I strongly recommend having an open buffet here.

In All Turkey you could not find a more tasty restaurant. It is the best one i tried during my tour in Turkey. The view is half sea half mountains it is amazing.

Nice view but there are strange grasshopper-like butterflies and their offsprings.... thousands of them! They disturbed me a lot, just like the noise of children. The place is so crowded! Just an ordinary cafe with a nice view but the insects and the crowd are disturbing. And the road is too steep and dangerous by the way, be careful while driving!
