If I could rate higher stars, definitely would. Top notch, honest, knowledgeable, BEST PRICING and ON-TIME! River Valley Plumbing even fit me in when a competitor left us without a water heater and a $440 bill and they replaced a part that was not even bad. Then proceeded to tell us it is now a different part that needs replacing and it will be $700. This work is on a water heater that was installed in 2022, under manufacturers warranty and these cost are only labor. 5 min job cost us $440. Beware there are some large plumbing businesses who seem to be on the up and up and they aren't. So thankful that there are still honest hardworking people out there that love customers than they love money.

Eli was very professional and straight forward. Honest answers and honest prices. He wasn't afraid of the work and didnt run away like his competitors whom ill keep anonymous. 10/10 services. I will be recommending river valley to all friends and family.

Awesome customer service-from the original call to when service was completed. Called in with issue, within 20 minutes minutes ,received a text that call was scheduled and what time tech would arrive. Tech was early, made repairs and fixed a second issue i was not aware of. Within 15 minutes after departure received an emailed statement, paid invoice instantly and moving on! Thank you Awesome experience.

James and his team do a fantastic job. I can't give enough praises! They are thorough and patient. We have used them for about 10 years now and will never use anyone else!

Excellent quality, replaced a old drain pipe under the house & some inside, very professional, & fast at finding & handling the problem. Will use every time I need anything done from here on out. Thank you so much for making this easy on is. :)
