It was an absolute joy to have river valley plumbing fix my issues. I had a sink drain that just would not drain. I tried snaking it, drain cleaners, at home fixes. And non of it worked. So I called into a professional and let me tell you, I have not had a problem with my drain since. Larson is who fixed my drain for me, and he was such a character. Very kind and efficient. I will never look anywhere else for a plumber from here on out.
This is by far the best plumbing company in the 479 area code! They go above and beyond to save you money and make sure the job is done right. I have used them for all my plumbing needs within the last 10 years. I messed around with some other companies before that but I will never change.

These folks are terrific! Prompt, friendly, professional and detail oriented. Did a great job replacing our water heater, hard install too and in rural location.They’ve replaced water lines for my folks, another hard job. Very pleased. Called them on another job, gas line problems for my folks. Came out, diagnosed the problem then never returned. Gave us the run around with excuses for several days, wouldn’t return calls or texts. My folks are getting up there, Dad recovering from chemo and radiation. James knew it, even said “Call me and we’ll get it done.” It wouldn’t have been so bad had they just said “no, we’re too busy.” Another plumber came out and got the job done, no problem.
