The easiest and most straightforward yarn store I've ever shopped with. Wide selection - nice employees and the goods arrive quickly. What's not to like.
Absolutely the WORST yarn purchasing experience ever. I placed an order beginning of November, it’s now 7 weeks later and I still have not received my order. There were constant delays and back ordered items. Not once did the company offer a partial refund or expedited shipping. My order was changed numerous times to accommodate their lack of stock. After having waited many many weeks for my order, I decided to wait again to receive the one particular back ordered item that I had placed the entire order for. They finally sent out my order, and it did not even include the one yarn I have been waiting diligently and patiently for. The customer service has been atrocious and I cannot recommend this yarn store. Really shameful and fraudulent behavior by Rito. I would never recommend to purchase from here, nor will I ever purchase from them again. Awful awful awful.
