I am writing this review based on direct, first-hand professional experience as a business owner who worked closely with the owner of this company. My goal is to document concerns related to representation, performance, and conduct so others can make informed decisions. A consistent issue was the gap between how the business was marketed and how it operated in practice. The company was presented as far larger and more capable than what was evident during execution. Services were sold at premium pricing with strong assurances of growth and ROI, yet when measurable results were requested, reporting was often vague, inconsistent, or unavailable. Leadership conduct compounded these issues. Communication from the owner frequently became volatile and unprofessional when accountability or performance concerns were raised, including interactions that crossed professional boundaries. Operationally, this led to reactive decisions, reversed commitments, and instability that disrupted my business. I strongly encourage prospective clients to conduct thorough due diligence and request clear scopes of work, benchmarks, and transparent reporting. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.

Greg and the Rise Local Team have been miracle workers for me and helping me to grow my small business. They are very hands on, punctual and effective in their marketing campaigns. They rebuilt our website, making it look more professional, and more attractive to potential leads. Their prices are very fair for what they offer, and I have seen incredible results and exponential growth in my business. I recommend any business owner to use Rise Local and see how incredible they are.

I am a Marketing Director in the commercial roofing industry, and we signed up with Rise in 2021. We had some specific branding and identity specifications that had to be executed in this website rebuild, and Rise met the challenge every step of the way. These folks are extremely professional and do everything possible to rise to the challenge and meet the needs of your vision. I am extremely happy with the results and look forward to continuing to build on what we have accomplished so far, night/day difference from what we had before, very satisfied! If it wasn’t for Rise Local I don’t think my shop would be anywhere near successful as it is. John and Mike have a great team. It doesn’t matter what time of day I have a complement or issue these guys are always there for me. I’m sure they regret giving me their cell numbers but they are always responsive and definitely know how to work the SEO game. 20 Stars. If you don’t have this team on your team you are a fool and possibly incompetent.
