I received excellent service for my first property purchase. From the initial viewing to the property handover, I received incredibly thorough support, which allowed me to complete the purchase smoothly. They also patiently explained complex real estate matters. I highly recommend them to anyone considering purchasing property! You can purchase with confidence.

I purchased a property. The service leading up to move-in was very polite, and I was able to proceed with the procedures with peace of mind. However, after moving in, it was discovered that the screen doors, which I had been told were "installed," were actually not included. When I inquired, I was told that "no such explanation was given," and that "if it sounded that way, it meant that they would be installed as an option." This felt like an attempt to evade responsibility, and I was not satisfied. While I was informed of the possibility that screen doors might not be included as a condition for price negotiation during the application process, I was clearly told that "screen doors are included" at the time of the contract. Despite this, the fact that I was ultimately told it was "my misunderstanding" and had to pay additional fees raises questions about the consistency and honesty of their explanations. The gap between the excellent service up to that point and this incident is significant and disappointing. Initially, I felt it deserved 5 stars, but considering this incident, I will lower my rating to 2 stars.

I was assigned to Ms. Yokota. She was very polite and always responded quickly, and although everything was a new process for me, I was able to proceed with peace of mind. I interacted with several agents and representatives before purchasing the property, but by comparison, she was the most polite and reassuring.
