Right Now Air is professional, timely and knowledgable. Tech. 'Dylan' was actually early and called in advance to ensure that an early arrival was okay. He inspected our system as well as the unit itself and thankfully it all checked out. I would happily recommend Right Now Air and tech. Dylan to anyone, looking to service their HVAC system. Quite pleased to have an honest experience, as it can be quite the crap shoot these days. Right Now Air does not disappoint!
Right Now Air is a LEGIT HONEST HVAC company! I've dealt with a few HVAC companies over the years, but I have to give kudos to the whole company (top to bottom) and their off the chart level of customer service, knowledge expertise, and responsiveness. I appreciate the fact that Jeff DIDN'T try to sell a new AC unit. He worked diligently to determine the cause of the "chattering" that is happening and preventing the compressor to work. He went down the rabbit hole to isolate the issue and fixed something that was poorly installed by another HVAC company that serviced my AC. With this fix, I am more than gladly to be a part of the Right Now Air yearly maintenance club.
David was fantastic, especially on short notice with my clinical work schedule change. He showed up with a great attitude, thoroughly cleaned the AC unit, checked all electrical components and connections, and even washed out the dirt and dust between the coils. He replaced the filters, went into the crawl space for additional testing, and was extremely knowledgeable throughout. He also left us with clear, helpful recommendations to review. Really appreciate the professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
Eden the tech was excellent. I called at 7:00P.M. and he was at my house within 45 minutes. He solved the problem soon after arrival. Very pleasant and answered all my questions. I have been with Right Now for over 12 years they are the best!
Jeff from Right Now Air is very nice and knowledgeable. Diagnosed 1 month old thermostat and will replace, no charge. Today he changed out the thermostat for no charge. Once again respectful, pleasent, and knowledgeable.
