RGRR WEBMAKER

Thank you RGRR Webmaker, for the guidance and opportunity during our OJT. It was a meaningful and insightful training experience I have a lot of things to learn using the other application and system.

I'm thankful for my OJT experience here as a Web Developer Intern. I learned a lot about how the industry actually works, like how to client pitch, analyze government docs, practice web security, help clients with their deployment issues, and improve how I communicate and work with different people. I also got to teach young minds about coding, which was pretty cool and helped me improve my teaching skills. During my time here, I built two projects for the company: "RGRR CareerMaker" (an online job platform, which was used by my client for their final project) and "RGRR UpSkiller" (a learning platform). The office is located on the 3rd floor, where you'll see a huge transparent glass window with an amazing view of the mountain and clouds - so refreshing. It was a great experience overall, and I really appreciate all the support and guidance from the team. I learned and grew a lot during my time here.
