I needed warehouse navigation—shelf signs, signage, and a map at the entrance. I thought I'd have to figure it out myself in Word, but they designed everything according to my specifications. It was done in a week. It didn't break the bank, and they stuck to the budget we discussed. We communicated via messenger, which was convenient. Now the employees don't get confused, and the newbies find their way around faster. This was long overdue.

It all depends on the manager. We previously worked with Antonina. She's a very professional, level-headed, and customer-focused specialist. All the layouts were flawless and beautiful. Ulyana handled my last order. She's completely unenthusiastic. The layouts were slanted, unpresentable, and lacked any design vision. I asked her to correct them multiple times, which Ulyana was very unhappy with and said she couldn't handle just one order. Do it right the first time; they won't ask you to redo it! She was in a great hurry to get the layout approved. As a result, a letter was missing in the text on the layout and the finished stamp. When I asked if there was any way to correct it, as it's unpleasant to give as a gift—for example, by covering it with a figure and writing it correctly—I received the answer: no, the stamp doesn't wear off. She offered absolutely nothing. I understand that I made a mistake, and I didn't ask for corrections for free. But such indifference and negativity will forever discourage me from working with the Republic of Color! Overall, the hours are inconvenient, deadlines are long, and they don't work weekends. In short, we'll be looking for another company interested in clients.

Don't bother with this company. I've been chasing them for two days. I needed gift certificates urgently for the weekend (they said they'd get them done on time, but then they simply stopped responding to my messages). They constantly read my messages but never respond. In the end, they never did anything. They really let me down, because I waited until the last minute, and now I can't get them anywhere. I used to think they were a good company, but as it turns out, they're a typical scam.

The staff are completely incompetent: they reschedule appointments, offer no advice, and don't admit to mistakes. I needed a poster made, so I ended up calling and then chatting with a girl. She didn't consult with me, asked for a photo of the poster and said it would be ready, and set a date. Then she canceled, saying it wasn't ready and set a different date. I showed up at the appointed time and spoke to her, but she was sitting at her computer, working full-time and ignoring me. I explained the whole situation to her, and she started ignoring me. I had to contact another specialist. In the end, they made a terrible poster, printed it incorrectly, and had a ton of errors.

They did everything quickly and took all my requests into account.
