Massive plugin update with broken design elements, poorly implemented Clarity and Stripe scripts, server without 2FA (I had to activate it myself), poor maintenance, and serious security breaches. They even deleted files under their name before going on vacation (we saved screenshots of the incidents). Amateur service.
