We recently took over a beautiful B&B in lovely Luxembourg and are not yet very familiar with Renovatio Media. That is, until we heard from guests who had already reserved twice via the website but hadn't received a booking confirmation. That set off all the alarm bells, and an email was sent to Renovatio Media on Sunday stating that reservations could not be made via our website. Shortly thereafter, they responded asking if the site password might have been changed. Yes, that had been the case, due to a major outage at the provider. The new password was passed on, and we were back online in no time. That was a huge relief for us. Now that is what I call TOP service. THANK YOU!!

De drijvende kracht achter Renovatio (Roland) is aardig en doet (snel) wat hij belooft. Komt dus afspraken na en is goed bereikbaar. Website juist live gegaan dus nog geen concrete feedback over functionaliteit, maar alles lijkt naar behoren (goed dus) te werken. Ook goed in ondersteuning! tnks
We had our website built by RenovatioMedia and are very satisfied with it. We now handle most of the 'maintenance' ourselves because updating is, in principle, fairly simple. RenovatioMedia, however, carries out adjustments for us, such as making the website mobile-friendly. The collaboration has always been to our full satisfaction. We can also always turn to RenovatioMedia for minor issues.

Nevertheless, I decided to choose this company, and I haven't regretted it for a moment. The website was created exactly as I envisioned. I think it's beautiful, and it works perfectly.
