Muy mala experiencia con este negocio. Compré publicidad en volantes y desde el inicio todo salió mal. Les entregué la información clara de cómo debían quedar los diseños, pero la cambiaron sin autorización. Acordamos tamaño carta y me entregaron la mitad del tamaño, además de cobrarme $170.000 por un trabajo que quedó pésimo. La calidad no fue la prometida y, cuando hice el reclamo, se lavaron las manos diciendo que no era su responsabilidad. Para rematar, la atención al cliente fue grosera y poco profesional. No los recomiendo en absoluto, perdí tiempo y dinero.

The service was terrible! They're rude, they don't meet the agreed-upon delivery time, and they even corrupt the files! I submitted the artwork in vector format, and the print is extremely pixelated. They don't do professional work at all! They don't even know how to laminate a meter of vinyl properly!
Their facilities are amazing, not to mention the service; they provide excellent customer service, their designers do a fantastic job, and overall they're very efficient. They also have a great variety of products. Highly recommended!
