After approving the visualizations, we began renovations (we were absolutely thrilled with everything and were eager to get it done quickly). During the design stage, it became clear that they were always available, friendly, and helpful (the designer approved questions with the foreman and coordinated pricing) – which is crucial when you only have a general idea of ​​the renovation. Ultimately, after seven months of intensive work, we received a fully completed, turnkey apartment renovation. We are thrilled with the result. Thank you!

We would like to tell you about the excellent results/renovation of our apartment (new building in the Balance residential complex). Initially, the two-room apartment was completely in "bare concrete" ... We wanted something calm with built-in furniture, countertops and neat lighting ... We met with Dmitry (the manager) and Mikhail (the designer), who very quickly developed a technical project (to understand the layout and location of household appliances) - literally a week was enough for this stage ... Then, Dmitry and I broke the renovation into "stages" to understand what the budget and when it would be needed, and we began work ... At the first stages, our participation was not required; photos / videos were sent during the work, and when the stage was completed, we met - inspected the work, then moved on and so on until the "finishing work", and then we had to go shopping ... because, as you understand, tastes differ ... If you take the entire cycle from meeting to move in, it is almost 8 months (including furniture) ... For those who have renovations ahead, we want to say the most important thing is to allow more time so as not to rush and "twitch", then everything should go on the same wavelength. Thank you

The long-awaited move is in full swing, and we're finally moving furniture and appliances into our new apartment. Renovations are a lengthy process, but the results can easily outweigh any minor inconveniences! We began working with this team in September 2025. The task was to renovate a three-room apartment (94 sq m) (they also developed a full design project with visualizations). We began work within two weeks, and in mid-April 2026, the team completed all the finishing touches, called in a cleaning service, handed over the property, and are now busy furnishing it. There were many discussions, meetings, and minor adjustments... but most importantly, the result – we were very pleased with everything! Thank you.

Аккуратно и быстро выполнили подготовку пола в доме к заливке черновой стяжки. Объект - Щелковский район, д.Новое Боково. Необходимо было выполнить монтаж коллекторной группы под ХВС и ГВС, систему отопления, а также систему теплых полов, уложить пеноплекс, фольгу, сетку и проложить трубы теплого пола, радиаторов отопления и сделать подготовку под горячую / холодную воду. Что можно отметить… Дмитрий оперативно смог приехать и посчитать работы / материалы, мастера Григорий и Андрей достаточно чистоплотно выполнили работы и за собой убрали весь мусор. Толковая команда!

On the one hand, I think it could have been done a week or two faster, but on the other hand, the work was seamless. Daria (the designer) provided prompt feedback, and adjustments were made without unnecessary discussion. The visualization isn't always in 3D MAX, but overall, it looks pretty good...
