PromotionWorks has just had another website created for them by REM Web Solutions and, as always, it was a good experience with a terrific outcome. We have worked with REM almost since their founding 25 years ago and they have always been creative, with a strong attention to detail and budgets. The REM team is very professional and helpful. To make a long story short, our website got broken by the current provider, in a bunch of ways. In an effort to identify the source of the problem we engaged REM (amongst others) for review and assistance. Rob was highly responsive, helpful, appropriately instructive, thorough and detailed in his response and generous regarding his time spent on calls discussing it all. We didn't end up working with REM (for a variety of reasons NONE of which had anything at all to do with REM's abilities, pricing, competence, or anything else). Had something else not transpired I've every reason to believe that they'd have been in the running (if not our top choice) for an SEO partner. The point of this review is to advise others that you may expect professionalism, an authoritative approach, great customer service, knowledge and expertise from them and I'm happy to provide this review and recommend them DESPITE the fact that we didn't end up doing business together. Every step of the interaction process with Rob and his team was entirely satisfactory and I've no doubt that they'd have been able to provide what we were needing had we proceeded with contracting REM for the work. I was disappointed to have to say 'no' but again, this was for reasons other than anything at all related to their capabilities, expertise or professionalism. We love the REM team. For a bunch of reasons. They're smart, flexible, helpful, and they have grown to understand our business in ways that we don't. They facilitated a great website transition and their lead-gen work is stellar - better than we've ever had. And, they deal artfully with our medium tech competency.
