I ordered a simple banner with white writing on a red background. The manager was constantly on the phone, quickly calculated, did not explain anything in particular. I paid in full at once. No check, no receipts, no contracts. The next day I came to pick it up, and the banner with white and black writing, I asked to change it, to which the performer began to be rude and call me aggressive and hysterical 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️, the banner looks disgusting, poorly made, ugly. The manager refused to correct the defect, said that in order to do it exactly as I needed it, I had to pay for the layout, which I was not informed about when ordering. In principle, there is no invoice, whether I paid for the layout or what is included in the amount is not recorded anywhere. Fortunately, the director turned out to be adequate and pleasant, although she also refused to solve the problem on the spot. I had to write a claim, of course, the answer was a formal reply. Not only did I find out that I liked everything right away, but later, when I hadn't even left their office, the banner on the street apparently became black and red. I don't recommend ordering anything there. It's doubtful that you'll get what you ordered. Advertising is a face, I won't disgrace myself with such a person, before that I ordered from another company, there were no problems. The next step is the prosecutor's office 🤦‍♀️😆, Article 29 of the Consumer Protection Law has not been canceled.
