Very bad and arrogant customer service.Doesnot have official products.they suggest Chinese products.Even startech and Ryan's is better this.(Edit:I’m honestly skeptical about some of the recent 5-star reviews here. They all appeared right after I shared my experience, with no review history, and they repeat the same points I mentioned—but in reverse, saying everything is good. It looks like these reviews might be planted by the shop itself rather than genuine customers. Take these glowing reviews with a grain of salt)

Very bad behaviour and Doesn’t even have products. I wasted my three days.First and second day was very good and i decided the parts.they said if i build full pc from them then tey would give discount.but at third day everything was opposite no discount many parts not available. Most importantly they had no knowledge about pc not even a little.i said to bring the parts from dhaka but they said to me to buy it myself.in conclusion,it was my first and worst pc shop.atleast others dont give false commitments. Very dissatisfied and disappointment even though my expectations were low.
