Furthermore, the requested work required prior graphic design development, a stage that is not part of the printing service. Despite the explanations provided, the customer maintained his confrontational attitude. Upon leaving, he made an intimidating comment, stating that "I couldn't do anything to him," which was completely inappropriate and out of context. This incident occurred in the presence of another customer, negatively impacting the store's atmosphere and the overall customer experience. Subsequently, the customer left a negative rating for the business, accompanied by a review that did not accurately reflect the incident. Therefore, I am obligated to document the events on your business profile to ensure transparency. The situation has also been reported to Google for review. This record is being kept for documentation purposes and to take precautions in future interactions.
