Because I've had them do work for me before and been satisfied, I wanted to choose this agency again. I contacted Mustafa because they needed to come to our workplace, take measurements, and inspect it. For three weeks, they kept us waiting, saying, "Ms. Belgin, we'll come this week. We couldn't come this week, we'll definitely come next week. We couldn't come this week either, we were moving stores, and we were busy; I'll come by Tuesday at the latest." Even though I told them that if they couldn't come, I'd look for another advertising agency. There was an urgent signage issue, and since we're a Ministry of National Education-approved agency, there might be problems when the inspectors came, they kept me waiting for a month. And as a result, of course, I'll be contacting another agency. This is completely against business ethics and professionalism. I condemn them.
