James has created 2 websites for me and I have been a customer for 6 years. He spends time understanding your product and services, and this was very important to me as both of my companies are totally different and required a bespoke approach. I have another project that I am looking to launch and I would not hesitate in going back to James. I am not the easiest person to deal with but James took it in his stride. His annual fees are also very responsible and I am able to make any changes myself to the websites if needed (with James in support if I need help, which I frequently do). Finally, I feel it is important to use local talent as this ensures that money is circulated locally, which should benefit us all.
