I signed up for a rankingCoach 360 annual subscription but realised immediately that the product was not right for me. I contacted them on the very same day to cancel and request a refund. Despite this, rankingCoach refused, claiming that all customers are automatically treated as “business-to-business” contracts — even though I signed up as an individual and was never asked for company details. This means they deny you the normal 14-day cooling-off rights UK consumers are entitled to. I found this practice misleading and very disappointing. A genuine customer-first company would allow cancellation when no service has been used, especially on the first day. Instead, I’ve been left paying for a full year of something I do not want or need. I had hoped to use rankingCoach as a long-term partner, but this experience has completely destroyed my trust. Be very careful before signing up — cancelling is far harder than it should be, and customer support hides behind restrictive terms instead of treating customers fairly.

Dont use this service. Its just waste of money and time, also it will mess all you current data with google i.e business profile, ads and so on.

i use this via my web supplier and its a great package and have really helped our ranking on google. my only grip is some of the videos are a bit out of date as social media sites have changed and been updated
