Raidboxes

NOT IMPRESSED AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO MY CLIENT! We were looking for a new host for 2 high traffic sites. I signed up for their demo, so I could check to see the performance. PROBLEMS: 1. ZERO SUPPORT FROM THEM, CANNOT CONTACT THEM, EMAIL NOT REPLIED TO. 2. CANNOT LOGIN TO THE WP INSTANCE, AND NO WAY TO RESET THE PASSWORD! 3. NO WAY TO ADJUST THE CORE AND RAM COUNT SO USELESS AS A TEST. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY - AVOID!!!!!

Raidboxes is a 10/10 company - the admin panels are very user friendly and the support they provide via chat is just outright unbelievable. I have been using them privately since 10 years and they never ever disappointed me. Any issues their support channel resolved within minutes - you don't stand in a queue for hours or wait for email responses - everything gets resolved instantly. I can only recommend them!

Raidboxes is created by developers for developers. This service is good if you are a developer. Smooth dashboard, all necessary functions to run a proper WP site. The support service is not a good fit for non-developers though. I had issues with credit card debit on my elsewhere functional credit card. The support experience was rather lame. In process of trying to find a solution to my problem a was offered basically no service. "Google your problem, no problem on the server side"

Best customer service in town.

I say that rarely, because most of the service providers I have to deal with are a sheer nightmare. Yet, raidboxes deliver an amazing service and a mind-blowing customer support! A big big shout-out to the raidboxes team!
