My experience with Quickfire Digital was extremely poor and deeply unprofessional. After researching the company and reading reviews, I decided to proceed with Quickfire to build a new website for my business. That decision turned out to be a serious mistake. I agreed to move forward based on a specific project manager and a clearly agreed website launch date of April. After committing, I was informed that the project manager I had agreed to work with would no longer be leading the project. Shortly after this, Quickfire then changed the agreed delivery timeline, stating the project would not be completed until June instead. The company consistently moved the goalposts, changed parameters, and failed to honour what was agreed at the point of sale. This has had a significant negative impact on my business planning, timelines, and confidence. Due to the lack of trust, accountability, and refusal to refund despite breaching agreed terms, I decided to walk away. I would strongly caution any business considering Quickfire Digital. Based on my experience, they cannot be trusted to deliver on agreed timelines or commitments.
