Excellent service from QQ Cool. I contacted them in the morning and was able to get an appointment on the same day. Mr. Chew arrived on time, clearly explained the issue with my AC, and provided a swift yet meticulous service. Very professional, efficient, and reliable. Highly recommended!

Mr. Chew provided swift and efficient service when our air conditioning unit started leaking. His same-day response was impressive, and he even arrived earlier than expected. The high standards of his servicing exceeded our expectations, with meticulous attention to detail. Additionally, he left the servicing area spotless, saving us the trouble of cleaning up afterward. Mr Chew is punctual, knowledgeable, honest and friendly. He will explain to you the details about aircon. He also clear up the debris after servicing each aircon. He does his job professionally! After reading his review and decided to give it a try, indeed as good as all the reviews! So I’m here to give what I feel too! Price are slightly cheaper than other company too! Now my aircon are much cooler than before too. Will stick with Mr Chew for my next servicing onwards! Awesome person!

Mr Chew is responsive and friendly. This is the 2nd time we have engaged him to service our aircon units. He arrived early for the appointment and completed the works promptly. Mr Chew was punctual and he was the only service guy who tried his best to open my LG Black aircon which is very difficult. 2 other airon service person rejected my business. I have never seen a more thorough servicing he clean everything with great care. Careful and explain what was happening. Definitely will requesy for him again. Also i said was urgent a d he even came.on a Sunday to help....
