QIN Restaurant & Bar

Thank you, QIN Restaurant! I would highly recommend this restaurant — their food is absolutely amazing. We were looking for a place to celebrate a friend’s birthday, and it was recommended to us by our friend. I think QIN Restaurant is truly a hidden gem. Every dish amazed me — each meal is unique, and it’s clear that the team pays great attention to both quality and flavor. What impressed me the most was how they incorporated the flavors of Singapore local cuisine into a few of their dishes. This made the experience even more special for us. A big thank you to the QIN Restaurant team and Chef Fabian you are all amazing! The ambiance, friendliness, service, and, of course, the delicious food all deserve a full 5 stars!

This is truly a Michelin Star restaurant and you get to feel the “Michelin” experience. The dishes are amazingly delicious and assembled with ingredients that are all familiar and yet in a new and interesting combination that one seldom finds. We tried the Premium set lunch. I strongly recommend the Squid 🦑 (Shiro Ika Bai Zhuo). We may have reservations on squid but the texture is really soft and blends so well with everything that comes with it. You will change your mind about squid 🦑. All the dishes are amazingly good and you may have your own preferences. I personally like the steamed Threadfin and caramelised Mermaid fish. I think this restaurant can reach for 2 stars 🌟.

Chef Marvas now heads the place. That explains the magic behind the new dishes: familiar Chinese dishes but with a modern and intriguing twist. Wonderful dinner. The pork rib soup, the hamachi salad, the liver sausage rice, and the Thai bubble tea dessert are simply amazing.

My partner and I had a wonderful first dining experience at Qin Restaurant and Bar. We were seated by the window with a lovely view of the Telok Ayer skyline, which set the perfect tone for the evening. The restaurant manager, Sean, was incredibly patient and took the time to walk us through each dish. His knowledge and passion for the menu made us want to try everything. He also made sure we were comfortable throughout the night, especially after noticing that we enjoy having a slow, relaxed dinner. We truly appreciated the ambience, the quality of the food, and the attentive service. We’re already looking forward to returning soon to try more dishes.

From the reservation process until arrival, engagement, seating, introductions as well as presence. The crew of Qin was immaculate. Being there and yet allowing the right sense of privacy. Super professional. ShengYu was assigned to our area for the evening. Food on the menu was a blend of east west old new. Materials sourced from various parts for the world offering it's freshness and flavours blended with methods of both east and west allowing for the marinate and accompanying sauces to bring out feelings on the palatte. We had amazing evening. Thank you team Qin.
